Important Jail Policies and Visitation Procedures

All video visitation sessions at Rock County Jail are conducted via Telmate. To book their schedule, all visitors must first create an account with Telmate. They also require this account to deposit funds into the accounts of inmates. If you use the kiosk machine, visitors can create an account. To create an account, all visitors must provide a valid government ID as well as an email address or phone number. Visitors can schedule sessions after creating an account. Visitors can also deposit money using the kiosk machine or the website. Every inmate is entitled to one 30-minute visit per week. Only immediate family and friends are permitted to participate in a session. Visitation sessions are held seven days a week at the following times:
