Important Jail Policies and Visitation Procedures

The Laurens County Jail’s visiting hours begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Each day, visitation will be available from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and again from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Visitors must bring a valid photo ID, such as a state ID or driver’s license, as proof of identification. Each inmate is permitted one visit per week for a total of 60 minutes. Visitors must be included on the Approved Visitor’s List. Otherwise, they will be unable to have a visitation session with an inmate. Parents or legal guardians must accompany all children. An inmate can only have two visitors at a time during a visitation session.
