Important Jail Policies and Visitation Procedures

Visitors must be 18 years old with a valid photo ID bearing their date of birth OR accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Each visitor area is limited to a maximum of four guests, one of whom must be an adult.
Children must not be left unattended. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be permitted to enter.
During peak hours, visitors may be limited to a maximum of 20 minutes.
Any vandalism or destruction of St. Louis County Jail property may result in criminal charges and/or a visitation ban.
