Inmate Lookup in the Warren County Jail
The Warren County Regional Jail maintains an online information system for former and current inmates. Inmates are organized alphabetically by the first letter of their last name. To find an inmate, scroll down the list and click on the first letter of the inmate’s last name. You can also use the “Search Inmates” link in the box’s upper right corner. You can search the roster using the following information: the inmate’s first name, last name, intake from, intake through, released from, and released through. Once you’ve found the inmate you’re looking for, click on their name to see their full name, race, booking photo, gender, intake date, inmate classification, visiting hours, TCA description, bond, and court date.
Important Jail Procedures and Policies:
Visitation at the main jail will be by appointment only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. To schedule an appointment, call 270-843-4606 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless the front office is closed. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the requested visit day. Inmates are responsible for informing family and friends.
Class D Male Visitation Schedule: D Dorm on Tuesday, E Dorm on Wednesday, and F Dorm on Thursday.
First seating begins at 7:00 p.m. 7:30 p.m. – Stops
The second seating begins at 7:40 p.m. 8:10 p.m. – Ends
The third seating begins at 8:20 p.m. Finished at 8:50 p.m.
Weekend visits are held on Sundays and follow the following schedule:
C – Dorm
Sunday: The first seating begins at 7:10 a.m. Stopping at 7:25 a.m.
The second seating begins at 7:35 a.m. Stopping at 7:50 a.m.
The third seating begins at 8:00 a.m. Stopping at 8:15 a.m.
Monday: The first seating begins at 7:10 p.m. Stopping at 7:25 p.m.
The second seating begins at 7:35 p.m. Stopping at 7:50 p.m.
The third seating begins at 8:00 p.m. at 8:15 p.m.
D – Dorm
First seating begins at 10:00 a.m. 10:30 a.m. – Stops
The second seating begins at 10:40 a.m. 11:10 a.m. – Stops
The third seating begins at 11:20 a.m. 11:50 a.m. – Stops
E – Dorm
First seating begins at 12:30 p.m. 1:00 p.m. – Stops
The second seating begins at 1:10 p.m. 1:40 p.m. – Stops

First seating begins at 2:30 p.m. Stops at 3 p.m.

All mail will be screened for contraband or anything that could jeopardize the jail’s safety and security. In the presence of the inmate, legal mail will be inspected for contraband. All incoming mail must include the inmate’s full name, as well as the sender’s full name and return address. Outgoing mail envelopes may not contain any drawings, signs, or symbols. Mail that has been laminated will not be accepted.
You can drop off cash at the jail’s front desk or use the TouchPay kiosk in the main lobby during normal business hours to send money to an inmate. Money orders and certified checks addressed to the inmate can be mailed. All money orders must be made payable to the inmate and include the purchaser’s name and address. Money orders that are incomplete will not be accepted.
