The video visitation system used by the Santa Rosa County Jail is a simple system for conducting inmate visits. The only thing visitors will need is a computer and an internet connection. You will be charged $0.50 per minute during each visitation session. All calls are billed in one-minute increments, with a one-minute minimum call length. There is also the option of sending a one-minute message to inmates and their families. Please keep in mind that the video visitation system will only accept prepaid calls and messages. The on-site visiting hours are free, and you can visit from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each session will last for 20 minutes. Payable visits are only available Monday through Sunday from 5:01 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Each session will last no more than 30 minutes.
